ABS filament is a high strength, flexible thermoplastic suitable for 3D printing objects used in high temperature or industrial settings. A heated bed is required to successfully 3D print with ABS due to its high glass transition temperature. A fully enclosed print bed is recommended for best results.

Recommended Printer Settings:
Extruder Temperature: 220-240℃
Printing Speed: 50-90 mm/s
Bed Temperature: 100-130℃
Bed Adhesion: Hair Spray or ABS Glue
Our ABS has a diameter tolerance of +/- 0.08 mm to ensure a consistent flow rate. The filament is tightly wound and secured to prevent tangling. Each spool is vacuum sealed with a desiccant to protect it from the elements, as well as wrapped in bubble wrap to provide protection during transit.**
