Our laboratory enables us to offer research & development (R&D), Computer-Aided Design (CAD), rapid prototyping, and materials testing capabilities.

We use a systematic approach to create innovative new products that give our company a competitive edge. Apart from this, we are also able to analyze data from our in-line laser micrometers to determine specifications conformance and processing capabilities.
Given our easy access to a variety of 3D printing filaments and 3D printers, we have the unique capability of being able to quickly and affordably design & prototype custom parts, tools, jigs, and fixtures for both our operators and customers.
We pride ourselves on our ability to problem solve, using our decades of plastics manufacturing experience and integrated manufacturing capabilities, in order to help customers develop the right solutions for their needs.
Our access to advanced laboratory equipment allows us to analyze a number of material properties. Whenever we develop a new product or a highly-specialized product for one of our customers, we are able to test properties including, but not limited to:
