At Toner Plastics, we have a strong commitment to environmental and social sustainability. When it comes to protecting our environment, we believe that properly managed manufacturing plays an important role. We take significant measures to implement environmentally-friendly practices. We go further than just complying with standard regulations because it is our duty to operate with tomorrow in mind. From using solar power to manufacturing with biodegradable materials, we are continually searching for ways to protect ensure the preservation of our planet. 

Our Environmental Responsibility

We have a responsibility to not only practice sustainability but also to encourage and support others who do so as well. We see our suppliers as an extension of our manufacturing operation, which is why we only work with suppliers who consistently abide by environmental laws and regulations. Please see our environmental policy below:

  • Toner Plastics and its suppliers shall comply with the requirements of local, national and international laws related to environmental standards.
  • Toner Plastics and its suppliers shall be aware of our end clients’ environmental requirements.
  • Wherever possible, Toner Plastics and its suppliers shall make every effort to recycle its own production scrap, corrugated materials, and any other materials in order to minimize environmental impact. In cases where production materials cannot be recycled internally, appropriate recycling methods shall be used where possible instead of disposing as garbage.
  • Wherever possible, recycled plastic or plastics from renewable sources shall be procured for use in Toner Plastics products.
Our Environmental Practices
  • We recycle micro beads that would otherwise end up in a landfill to produce new products.
  • Our primary 3D printing products are made with bioplastics that come from renewable resources.
  • We recycle our cardboard boxes instead of disposing of them.
  • We use reprocessed plastic in the production of things such as toy hoops and agricultural products.
  • We have an internal recycling program that allows us to reuse our own scrap.
  • We use the roof space on our factories to generate solar power.
  • We develop custom formulations for environmentally conscious customers.
  • We generate no hazardous waste.
  • Our factories are equipped with LED lighting which reduces our carbon footprint and makes for a nice working environment for our employees.
  • We use high efficiency production equipment and utilize variable frequency drives in order to reduce energy consumption.
  • We use sustainable packaging methods by taking a minimalist approach and using environmentally friendly materials.

While we value preserving the environment, we also believe in the social sustainability of our workplace.
