The spread of the COVID-19 virus has created a new and uncertain situation for all of us. We wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what we are doing to protect your interests as our customer.
The health and safety of our associates and uninterrupted service to our customers are of the utmost importance to us. To this end, we have implemented the following measures.
All of our factories are currently operating and serving the needs of our customers. Toner Plastics representatives remain available to you via email, telephone, and digital conferencing. Though we expect to have an increasing number of our people working from home, you should expect the same level of customer service as usual.
We regularly engage with our employees to educate them on the facts of the evolving situation, and we have implemented sanitization and social distancing protocols consistent with the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control.
We have put a hold on employee business travel and are not allowing visitors at our facilities. We’re also limiting face to face meetings internally.
We are happy to work closely with you to discuss and mitigate any specific potential impacts on your business, and we will contact you proactively if we anticipate any issues.
Our company’s leadership is implementing additional measures aimed at protecting our employees and enacting contingency plans to respond to changes in the situation.
