Toner Plastics is the premier provider of custom extruded products in the Northeast United States. Whether you are looking for industry-standard profiles or need a custom solution, we provide application engineering services and build new extrusion tooling quickly and correctly the first time to get production up and running faster than the competition.

Our proven process allows us to deliver a breadth of extrusions on time while meeting customer’s exact specifications. All channels can be customized and even pre-assembled for easy installation.

U-Channel

U-channels are extruded profiles that are commonly used with point of purchase signage, edge protectors, and decorative frames. They can be easily installed as a holder and protective border to your applications.

L-Channel

L-channels can be mounted to keep parts and products from falling off store shelves. They are also commonly used to cover corners or other places for protection purposes.

J-Channel

J-channels present a “finished” edge that can be used to hold displays, serve as protective edging, or even create custom-sized channels for repeat use. They can also be utilized in conjunction with other channels, such as H-channels, to create multiple point of purchase signs.

H-Channel

H-channels are used as a joining strip to attach other extrusions or sign inserts to create custom signage. They can be used in conjunction with other channels, such as J-channels, to mount signs.

Price Channel

Price channels are the profile that the customer looks at first before they make that important decision of which product to purchase. These profiles shown here represent a fraction of the price channels we manufacture, however these seem to be the most popular sizes. We make price channels from 3/8” to 6” high, so please contact us for an RFQ for your exact needs.
