Steven Graham is the owner and CEO of the Toner Plastics Group. He has more than 30 years of experience in plastics manufacturing and entrepreneurship. After initially working for Monsanto Chemical in Springfield, Massachusetts, Steven and his wife Jean founded Toner Plastics together in 1989.
Steven is a 1978 graduate of Princeton University with a BS in Chemical Engineering. He is an avid supporter of education and a past board member of the National Epilepsy Foundation.
Jack Warren joined Toner Plastics in 2013 and has since taken on successive roles of increasing responsibility. In his present role Jack is responsible for all company operations including mergers and acquisitions.
Jack is a Marine Corps veteran with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management from Western New England College. Jack also earned an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst Isenberg School of Business.
Robbin Burton joined Toner Plastics in 2005 and is the Director of Sales & Marketing. With over 20 years of experience in technical sales applications in the plastics industry, she has helped to diversify and grow our product offerings across several market segments including 3D printing, retail, wire & cable, industrial safety and other OEM applications.
Robbin majored in Communications at the University of Oklahoma and completed additional studies in Marketing at Rhode Island School of Design.
Michael Fournier is a recent addition to Toner Plastics, joining the team in 2022. Mike is a CPA and brings with him 30+ years of accounting acumen which includes 16 years in manufacturing, the most recent years as Chief Financial Officer of a textile manufacturer. Mike also has over 30 years working with corporate and individual taxes. When we discovered Mike, he was working as a Fractional CFO for a national technology leader in the area of genetics.
Mike originally hails from Northern New York and earned his BS in Accounting from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY. Having spent nearly 35 years in Western Massachusetts, he considers himself truly at home here.
Rick Litke joined Modern Mold & Tool in 2016 and currently holds the role of Plant Manager. Rick has been a manufacturing professional for well over 30 years, starting as a toolmaker and working and progressing through many positions within several companies throughout his career.
Since joining the Modern Mold & Tool team, Rick has managed several key initiatives, including the successful integration of the former Streamline Plastics and the relocation and expansion of operations from the original East Street location to Downing Industrial Park in Pittsfield.
A Connecticut native, Rick moved to Massachusetts shortly before joining the company and has found living in the Berkshires and running a small homestead to be an enjoyable way to spend time away from the company.
