Summary
Our company is growing by leaps and bounds and is looking for a key person to supervise our 3rd shift which runs 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Monday through Friday.
This is a hands on working supervisor role. The person will report to the Operations Manager, supervise a team of 6-10 machine operators and be responsible for the safety, quality and productivity of the shift. Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, machine operating experience (ideally in a plastics operation), ability to operate a fork truck, and lots of initiative and energy are the basic requirements. A high school diploma and good English skills are required. Bilingual candidates with fluency in Spanish and/or Vietnamese is preferred.
